Our intention is to provide our clients with the information that they require to plan their trips and to navigate their destinations of choice. Our team is comprised of individuals from Southern Africa who have travelled the continent extensively. 

You can choose from the various packages on our website with each focusing on different aspects of your trip. Each booking includes a consultation + post-consultation planning based on your budget and needs. We can assist with planning flights, accommodation, activities and adventures.

Yes, all of our packages are customized and tailored to the needs of our client. This is why each booking includes a 1-hour or 2-hour consultation which is intended to further understand your individual and/or family travel needs.

Payments can be made through PayPal or by Debit/Credit Card. 

Yes, all payments are handled through dedicated fintech channels such as PayPal for added security. These dedicated payment facilitators ensure that there is transparency in the handling of customer funds. 

You can change your online consultation time and date at no additional cost, if you are unable to make the scheduled meeting/discussion. During the planning stage, we can also accommodate changes to your booking to accommodate your needs.

Documents are country-specific, and we will be able to advise on the documents required based on your country of origin and your chosen destination. We cover various locations in Africa and update information regularly as and when legislation changes. 

Yes, certain countries and regions in Africa require vaccination certificates, as part of the VISA application process for all travellers entering or transiting through certain countries. 

Yes, we provide up to date VISA information to our clients in our consultations. VISA updates and information is available under the (Travel Information) tab of our website. 

Choose the destination you want to go to based on your interests; we will assist in tailoring a package based on your budget. You can explore most places in Africa on a budget like a local (US$1000 or less excluding flights) or like an expat with a few thousand US dollars being sufficient for luxury or ultra-luxury travel.

Yes, we do offer various travel guides which are available under the travel information tab on our website, and we are able to plan the entire itinerary of your travel or certain portions of it dependent on your needs and budget.

Yes, we can. Most places in Africa are family-oriented and are suitable for travel with children, as travelling with family is commonplace especially in Southern Africa.

Many destinations are suitable to visit year-round experiencing 300-days of sunshine or more, while others have peak and off-peak seasons, we will be able to advise on suitable times to visit each city and country based on your needs. South Africa as an example is known for its incredible party scene in "Dezemba" (December).
